Dry Heat Test / High Temperature Testing
High Temperature Testing is used to evaluate the effects of high temperature conditions on performance, materials and its integrity. Temperature testing products that are deployed in areas where temperatures (ambient or induced) are higher than standard ambient. This test examines how well machinery or goods operate when they are used, moved or kept at high temperatures. This technique makes use of dry heat and continuously heated temperatures.
This testing occurs by having the unit under test introduced into the chamber, which is at the ambient temperature of the laboratory. The temperature is then adjusted to the temperature appropriate to the degree of severity as mentioned in the relevant specification. After the temperature stability of the test specimen has been reached, the specimen is exposed to these conditions for the specified duration.
The test equipment has ranges and capacities of
Temperature Range: 30°c to 180°C
