Connector Durability Life Testing
A complete machine platform, with 2 independent test stations, can test 2 workpieces. Use two sets of control systems, one set of control system to control an independent test of one workpiece.
The number, time and speed of the test can be set on the touch screen;
Test items: connector longitudinal connection strength test, connector transverse connection strength test;
Test conditions can be set directly on the touch screen;
Both longitudinal and transverse tests can be conducted , with the cylinder rotating 90 degrees;
Can choose single test push, bilateral push, vertical and horizontal four direction cycle push;
The sensor can calibrate the cylinder pressure, and the upper and lower limits can send an alarm to remind the operator if the limit is exceeded.
