Keypad Life Cycle Testing
The Keypad Life Cycle Testing is undertaken to check the reliability of tactile keys, used in electronics and communication devices. It is suitable for evaluating the mechanical life span and durability of a wide range of key types:
- Silicone rubber switches
- Metal dome (snap-action) keys
- Silicone membrane keypads
- Integrated push-button assemblies (e.g., interphone on-board keys)
Dual Independent Test Stations
- Supports simultaneous testing of two individual workpieces
- Each station has its own dedicated control system, allowing full independent operation
- No interference between stations—true parallel testing
Independent Touchscreen Control Interface
- Each test station features a color touchscreen display for setting test parameters and viewing real-time results
- Pneumatic actuation control for consistent and repeatable key pressing
- Screen switching function allows users to toggle between conditions and results without halting the test
